By accessing and using RPG Library Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

RPG Library Manager is a free, invite-only web application that allows users to catalog and organize their tabletop role-playing game collections. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties.

Access and Registration

Access to RPG Library Manager is by invitation only. You must have a valid invite code to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to your library (descriptions, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you upload. Cover images and product information should be used in accordance with fair use principles for personal collection management.

Intellectual Property

RPG product names, logos, and cover images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective publishers. RPG Library Manager does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property. The service is intended for personal collection management only.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also request to delete your account at any time by contacting an administrator.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date.
